1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing `alwaysapproved.ca` ("the Website") and submitting a credit application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Always Approved acts as an automotive finance broker. We are not a direct lender. We collect your application data and submit it securely to our network of 65+ banking institutions and alternative lenders to secure an auto loan approval on your behalf.

3. Application Accuracy

You agree that all information provided in your application (including income, employment status, housing costs, and identity) is true and accurate. Falsifying financial documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate termination of services.

4. Loan Terms and Guarantees

While we advertise "Guaranteed Approvals based on Income," final loan terms (including interest rates, maximum loan amount, term length, and required down payments) are solely at the discretion of the approving financial institution. Always Approved does not underwrite the loans.

5. Limitation of Liability

Always Approved provides its services "as is." We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or lending network.
